One World Dominion is a variant for Parker Brothers' RISK®;  you must have a copy of RISK to use this variant.  The variant includes a new set of 44 new territory cards that replace the standard territory cards.  You may collect sets of cards and trade them for armies (as in the standard game) or you may play cards individually to take the action stated on the card.  There are 44 different actions; one for each card.   One World Dominion is no longer available in print.  However, all of the files you need to make your own hardcopy are available here.  You will need to print the rules and create a deck of 44 cards.   You are free to make copies of One World Dominion for yourself and your friends.  However, Interformic Games retains its copyright to One World Dominion.
